If you have decided to become a truck driver, we are here to guide you every step of the way. Begin your career as an Over the Road driver and build valuable experience with a team that supports your growth. Company drivers at G7 are eligible for benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Apply for the program and obtain your Class A Permit in your home state. A recruiter will contact you to confirm qualifications and guide you through the next steps.

Attend orientation at one of our training locations. G7 covers transportation to orientation. Complete hands on, computer based, and simulator training before getting behind the wheel.

Receive one on one instruction with a certified trainer. Practice the skills required for your CDL exam and gain real freight hauling experience.

Pass your CDL exam at a G7 training center. Drivers who pass on their first attempt receive a 250 dollar bonus.

Complete final training with a certified trainer for a minimum of 30000 miles. Earn at least 900 dollars per week while available for dispatch. Minimum 672 dollars per week if available for dispatch while at home. All pay is based on availability for dispatch.
06
Hit the road. After completing training, you may qualify for upgrade review based on truck availability. Continue as a company driver or choose to operate as an independent contractor. The choice is yours.
